Looks like Kern County is the place to go to if you’re looking for a vaccine and can’t get one in the Bay Area. Vaccine hesitancy is a thing, however it looks like CA is going to hit herd immunity with the vax and those who’ve survived the virus soon. This could give us enough time as we re-open to avoid another spike statewide, assuming the places where COVID isn’t being addressed seriously don’t give us the gift of a new variant that would start this whole clusterfuck all over again.

Lots of open spots in CoCo County here in Bay Area too! Antioch has walk in appointments right now. “Contra Costa County seems to be the place to go in the Bay Area if you’re looking for a vaccine, with plenty of appointments available at county health department sites in San Pablo, Richmond, Concord and Antioch.” https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nbcbayarea.com%2Fnews%2Flocal%2Frace-for-a-vaccine%2Fmultiple-contra-costa-county-sites-have-open-slots-for-vaccinations
