Today’s project. Victory garden or, if we have to flee the metropolis hopefully food for those left behind in a couple months. Planted things I know will produce and do so relatively quickly. Beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes and cantaloupe. Add the peaches, apples, citrus, loquats and hopefully this year, cherries and our yard will be pretty edible this summer.

- I tried gardening in the SF fog belt for years. It’s challenging and then in July when the fog never leaves its almost impossible.
